Our services encompass audit support, mock examinations, Form ADV and Form U4 amendments, drafting of policies and procedures, annual review consultations, and books and records compliance. Additionally, we act as a liaison with regulators, ensuring smooth communication and compliance. We proudly serve small to mid-size advisers, providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. Beginning September 1, 2025, Severin will no longer serve investment advisers. Our sister firm, Alcantara Law, LLC will continue to serve investment advisers and exempt reporting advisers.
